Important information regarding all products

Please take care when reading the following as this contains information on how to order one of our slideshows. You will be provided details of how to send us your pictures by e-mail.

In the following Terms of Service, "we", "us", "our", "staff", "CMP" and "CM" all refers to CM-Productions and its staff. All instances of "You", "the user" or "the customer" refers to the person reading and/or agreeing to this document.

CM Productions will purchase the songs for you (included in your package) and will then add them to your slideshow. Once your slideshow has been finished, we will dispatch it to you along with your invoice. You will also receive an email informing you when your product has been dispatched.
Note: When sending us your song choices CM Productions will buy the songs for you.

Information in regards to copying the product

Since your product may include copyrighted music you cannot legally copy the product. Since all music at CM Productions is purchased, only we can copy the product.

By including copyrighted music of your choice, you agree that:

You can include any music of your choice as long as the product is for personal use only All music used at CM Productions is purchased and used legally and does not violate copyright laws as the product is intended for personal use rather than public use.

The use of your legally purchased CD (or music that we purchase on your behalf) is covered under your "Fair Use Rights" of ownership. Purchased music is licensed for personal use and therefore it is legal for you to include them in your product.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer any refunds on the product, unless faulty, by buying a product from us you acknowledge this policy. Please note that copyrighted music can be used in your product because it is intended for personal use only. By purchasing any of our products and/or packages, you agree that you will only use them for personal use and that any use of our product for use of public display with the intent to charge admission (or other costs related to the viewing of this product) is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a product you agree that in the event of this violation CM Productions will not be held responsible for your action and the consequences that may occur from such a violation.

Our Usage

From time to time CM Productions may wish to use your product or part of it as a demonstration for our website. If you do not wish for us to use your product then please email us at connor@cm-productions.co.uk stating your name and the product name and the product code, stated on your invoice.

Delivery

All photos sent in the post by the customer are done so at the owners risk, CM Productions encourages making backups via hard or softcopy of said photographic material. CM Productions will not be held accountable for any damage resulting in the transfer, handling or re-mailing of photographic material sent from the customer to us.

CM Productions usually offers a 28 day turn around for the completion of one of it's products (differs per product). However we will endovour to return your completed product as soon as possible, if you have any special requests please enter them when ordering.

CM Productions will send your product on completion but we are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of package and photos using any of the third party mailing services. All products and photographs will be delivered via registered post.

Privacy

Although CM Productions collects your personal information via our store system; we will never give out your personal information unless ordered by a court of law with a valid warrant. CM Productions will not sell on your data to any company.
From time to time adverts that CM Productions uses may place cookies on your computer. Our ad providers can vary so a full list of providers that we use is below; it is your responsibility to view the privacy policy of each of these sites.

Refusal of Service

If you commit any of the following CM Productions reserves the right to refuse your product order without a refund being issued:

Provide photos with nudity / child nudity or any other kind of offensive material.

Provide Fake details which could result in fraudulent payments

Use photographs you do not have permission to use.

Attempt to view any content that does not belong to you.

CM Productions and its staff reserve the right to edit or remove any accounts that we will unfit for the website. We reserve the right to edit or remove your account with out your prior consent or notification. CM Productions also reserves the right to edit or remove these terms and conditions without your prior consent or any form of notification to you. Your continued use of this site and our services constitutes your agreement to the above policies.
